Who is behind the most successful club in Miami? Well, by the looks of it you see Dave Grutman one of the co-founders of Miami Marketing Group. However, the real brains and money behind it is Jeff Soffer. LIV trademark is registered to a JSIP, LLC on Sunbiz. JS is for Jeff Soffer and IP is for intellectual property. So, when the founder of LIV Bottle Service website was sued he was suprised it was not from Grutman and Miami Marketing Group. It actually was from SFX Entertainment and JS IP, LLC. These guys ran over the founder of the website with court documents and motions. The $10 domain probably fed a lot of attorneys for a little while. However, the fight ended with all domains being given taken from the owner. LIV Bottle Service - Story Bottle Service and surprisingly Miami Marketing Group. The MiamiMarketingGroup.com was ridiculous. No trademark infringement whatsoever. Long story short, how does LIV Bottle Service get sued, but Jeff Soffer and company don't go after LIV Miami VIP website and VIP South Beach? Definetely some bull shit going on in Miami.
